Work
- I work as a Design Lead at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
- There I am involved in setting up and maintaining a Design System based on the Government Style Guide (Rijkshuisstijl).
- With the aim that all applications and websites at RVO have the same look and feel for the end user (the customer).
Personal
- In recent years, I have also resumed making music. I have taken piano and singing lessons until I reached an acceptable level for myself, and now I am taking production lessons. Here I learn everything about EQ, compression, and sound design.
- I participated in the Jamkade Studio Challenge and my song was recorded in a studio. Unfortunately it was not what I hoped for but nevertheless a good experience in what I'm looking for while making music.
- Released a song (on Spotify) with my friend Tom.
- I sometimes blog on this website about everything that occupies me. Such as UI/UX design, Drupal, and the books I read.
- Really into rucking getting myself fit.
