Hi Tim, comments do get their own page in Drupal. What's probably happening is that Google is trying to index the comments on a (blog) page and as individual comments. You could try to exclude the individual comments with robots.txt (everything with /comment) but you should check with an SEO professional if you think it might hurt your Google rankings.
