I'm Robert Roose, currently Design Lead at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, part of the Dutch government. I'm in charge of developing a Design System.
Lately I've been calling myself a Design Engineer. I'm able to create designs in tools such as Figma, but I also know how to code those designs into high fidelity clickable prototypes with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
